Creating a Healthy Work Environment
We firmly believe in the separation of personal time and work time. We do everything in our power to create an environment where flexibility is prioritized. We give all our employees at minimum 5 weeks of paid leave, with one extra week for sick leave and 12 weeks for maternity leave. We work hard to accommodate all our employees and any and all health/mental health issues. We find that by prioritizing the lives of our employees, we create the best quality of work for our clients. It’s also very important to us that we create a work environment where everyone can grow and prosper with their personalized needs. We value a culture where people from every walk of life can prosper. We make sure that all our employees are fully provided for in the workplace, making sure that all unique needs are met.
Supporting Our Community
At Studio Bruch, we take the well-being of our community very seriously, we provide aid and resources to all our employees and our neighbors in times of need or crisis, 10% of all our yearly income goes to different charities and fund for issues affecting our community. We also provide resources such as food and essential goods to local women’s and homeless shelters. It’s important to us that we create positive change for those around us.
